Payment Due
Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging.
Refunds
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. If I have already started your order, refunds will be given based on where I am in the process. If you need to cancel please contact me asap!
Cottage Food Laws
Sweet Bliss Cookie Co. is a home based business and operates under the Oklahoma Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Heath Services or a local health department. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean, sanitary conditions. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.
Delivery
All orders are pick-up only. The address is listed in the notes section of your invoice.
Change Cutoff
Order changes can be made up until 10 days before your pick up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
Inspiration
Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – I’ll try to keep it close.
In A Hurry
While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will require a rush fee of $10. Orders with a turnaround time of under 3 days will require a rush fee of $15.
Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).
Order Minimums
I require a minimum order of 1 dozen. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a holiday sale or pop-up shop announcement on my Facebook or Instagram page!
Product Photography
I create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.
Copycats
Copyright images (think Star Wars, Avengers and Peppa Pig) are protected and I won’t be able to replicate them baked as goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). I can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!
Bulk Order
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
Damages
Once you pick-up your order, what happens to your cookies, cocoa bombs, and car doors is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cool, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.
Acceptance
Once you’ve submitted payment for your order, you’re accepting the above terms.
